2. Delivery Policy – You will be notified by email as to the estimated dispatch date for your order.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
**This does not apply to bespoke, made to measure or personalised products.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is complete, is in an unused and in “as new” condition.
To cancel this contract, please contact us by email to obtain a “Returned Goods” number.
The items must be packed securely and sent it to us with the delivery note you received.
Returns must be received within 14 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, when returning an item, we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note – You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the said items were delivered to you in error or the item is faulty.
Upon receipt of your returned items, we will inspect the said items for defects and signs of use, and if all is in order we will refund the purchase price for that item within 7 working days.
